Spent my Christmas at a resort in Wanning and enjoyed the many pools and live music at the outdoor buffet. the spacious and clean rooms were mosquito, free, ensuring my family's comfort. the friendly staff and warm welcome drink upon arrival set a great tone for our stay. the delicious food at the local restaurant and ocean views from the balcony were also highlights.

The check, in process took over half an hour, and communication was difficult due to language barriers. Cleaning staff knocked on the door despite the DND sign, causing a privacy concern.

the room was spacious with exclusive amenities and a great view. the swimming pool and outdoor facilities were spectacular, with sun loungers, umbrellas, and infinity pool. the garden area was well maintained with beach access. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas were top-notch, offering a lot of options.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. the only minor issue was that some staff had limited English, but the management tried to support us with this.

This resort boasts a perfect location on a less, crowded beach in Hainan, and the beautiful golf course just close by adds to its charm. the stunning pool area and spacious, well, maintained rooms, complete with comfortable beds and excellent amenities, provide the ultimate relaxation. Guests rave about the delicious food in the main western, style restaurant called Feast, along with the fantastic Chinese restaurant. to fun sports, the resort offers great bars and the most caring staff.

Some guests experienced a lack of proper communication with non, English, speaking staff, which can be frustrating at times.

Beautiful setting and friendly staff. Enjoyed the view of the ocean from my room and the big swimming pool. The local restaurant had tasty food. A great getaway location far from crowds and congested areas.

Rooms had an unpleasant smell, probably due to the ocean proximity. Expected more variety for breakfast and room amenities.

We had a fantastic stay enjoying the beautiful beach, great pool facilities and fantastic golf course nearby. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with immaculate linen. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and the food at the main restaurant was very good. We also liked the hotel's location in a less-crowded beach in this city.
